Machinery packing procedure:

Fixing to the base by frame, cushioning between machine and case wall etc.

PACKING OF HEAVY MACHINERY:

Skid or base can nut bolt to be heavy load and suitable for lifting by forklift and crane.

Cushioning machine on wooden skid or base by soft and semi hard polythene foams to protect shock and vibration during transit.

Suitable for inner packing physical protection ofmachine, rapping water proof polythene sheet, air babble sheet, EP foam, put inside silica gel or dehumidifier sac, rapping by stretch rapper.

 

Vacuum packing//High standard seaworthy packing: 

Due to the long transportation and storage periods all sensitive equipments (Gears, machinery,bearings,fittings,electric panel, parts with super finish etc) have to be protected against corrosion.  Machine are barrier by Aluminium foil inside wooden case, ply wood case or open crate. Aluminium foil can protect the machine from-10 degree centigrade to +90 degree centigrade temperature. Before finally sealing the Aluminiumfoil the air contained shall be extracted (vacuum) for the absorption of the air humidity a sufficient quantity of desiccant silica gel shall be added.
